Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAX9 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,755 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PAX9-associated genes across cancer lineages are NRTN, CIDEA, and SRPX. Each is linked with PAX9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAX9-to-partner and partner-to-PAX9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAX9→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAX9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
