PAX8

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAX8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,703 significant associations in total. KIRP shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAX8-associated genes across cancer lineages are PAX8-AS1, PSD4, and NCEH1. Each is linked with PAX8 in more than 31 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAX8-to-partner and partner-to-PAX8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PAX8 versus PAX8-AS1 in CHOL, with a Pearson correlation of 0.95.
