Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAX8 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,728 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PAX8-associated genes across cancer lineages are CPED1, SLC6A12, and PDE1A. Each is linked with PAX8 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAX8-to-partner and partner-to-PAX8 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PAX8 versus CPED1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAX8→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAX8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
