PAX7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAX7 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 48 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAX7-associated genes across cancer lineages are INPP4B, A-Raf_pS299, and eIF4E. Each is linked with PAX7 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAX7-to-partner and partner-to-PAX7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, INPP4B grouped by PAX7-low versus PAX7-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAX7→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAX7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
