PAX5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAX5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,841 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAX5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RCSD1, WAS, and PRKCB. Each is linked with PAX5 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAX5-to-partner and partner-to-PAX5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAX5→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAX5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
