The most reproducible PAX5-associated genes across cancer lineages are FBXO22, LINC01154, and LEPROTL1. Each is linked with PAX5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAX5-to-partner and partner-to-PAX5 results are reported.
