Across TCGA patient cohorts, PAX5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 45 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAX5-associated genes across cancer lineages are P-Cadherin, PCNA, and PDCD4. Each is linked with PAX5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAX5-to-partner and partner-to-PAX5 results are reported.
