PAX3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PAX3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PAX3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SCGB1C1, RTP2, and C9orf57. Each is linked with PAX3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PAX3-to-partner and partner-to-PAX3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SCGB1C1 grouped by PAX3-low versus PAX3-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PAX3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PAX3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
