Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PATL2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PATL2 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in mesothelioma (MESO), where higher PATL2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PATL2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
MESO, UCEC, and LIHC are the cancer types where PATL2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
