PATL2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PATL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,857 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PATL2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GBP4, TRIM21, and PSMB10. Each is linked with PATL2 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PATL2-to-partner and partner-to-PATL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PATL2 versus GBP4 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PATL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PATL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
