PATL2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PATL2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,791 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PATL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PEDS1-UBE2V1, AKR1B1P3, and SNRPGP8. Each is linked with PATL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PATL2-to-partner and partner-to-PATL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PEDS1-UBE2V1 grouped by PATL2-low versus PATL2-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PATL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PATL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
