Across TCGA cell cohorts, PATL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,036 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PATL2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Antigen processing and presentation of endogenous antigen, Antigen processing and presentation of endogenous peptide antigen via MHC class I, and Antigen processing and presentation of peptide antigen via MHC class I. Each is linked with PATL2 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PATL2-to-partner and partner-to-PATL2 results are reported.
