Across TCGA patient cohorts, PATJ protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,343 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PATJ-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZEB2, CCDC80, and MPP5. Each is linked with PATJ in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PATJ-to-partner and partner-to-PATJ results are reported.
