Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PATJ mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,319 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PATJ-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHAF1B, FBXO7, and TXN2. Each is linked with PATJ in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PATJ-to-partner and partner-to-PATJ results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CHAF1B grouped by PATJ-low versus PATJ-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PATJ→partner) and Y-score (partner→PATJ) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
