Across TCGA patient cohorts, PATJ mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 59 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PATJ-associated genes across cancer lineages are eEF2, Heregulin, and Cyclin-B1. Each is linked with PATJ in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PATJ-to-partner and partner-to-PATJ results are reported.
