PATJ

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PATJ RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,252 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PATJ-associated genes across cancer lineages are F11R, KIAA1522, and HOOK1. Each is linked with PATJ in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PATJ-to-partner and partner-to-PATJ results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PATJ versus F11R in URINARY_TRACT, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PATJ→partner) and Y-score (partner→PATJ) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
