Across TCGA cell cohorts, PATJ RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,824 significant associations in total. OVARY shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PATJ-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of Arp2/3 complex-mediated actin nucleation, Bundle of His cell to Purkinje myocyte communication, and Cardiac muscle cell-cardiac muscle cell adhesion. Each is linked with PATJ in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PATJ-to-partner and partner-to-PATJ results are reported.
