PATE2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PATE2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,097 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PATE2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RSF1_S397, STMN1, and MCM2_S170. Each is linked with PATE2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PATE2-to-partner and partner-to-PATE2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PATE2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PATE2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
