PASK

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PASK RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,167 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PASK-associated genes across cancer lineages are INTS3, DGCR8, and SRRM2. Each is linked with PASK in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PASK-to-partner and partner-to-PASK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PASK versus INTS3 in KIRP, with a Pearson correlation of 0.76.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PASK→partner) and Y-score (partner→PASK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
