Across TCGA patient cohorts, PASK RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,700 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PASK-associated proteins across cancer lineages are LIG1, XAB2, and THRAP3. Each is linked with PASK in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PASK-to-partner and partner-to-PASK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PASK versus LIG1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.
