Across TCGA patient cohorts, PASK protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,208 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PASK-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLCO5A1, RAD51AP1, and PTTG1. Each is linked with PASK in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PASK-to-partner and partner-to-PASK results are reported.
