Across TCGA patient cohorts, PASK protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,963 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PASK-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HAUS1, HAUS2, and MARCKSL1_S22. Each is linked with PASK in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PASK-to-partner and partner-to-PASK results are reported.
