Across TCGA patient cohorts, PASK mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 66 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PASK-associated genes across cancer lineages are Smad4, PCNA, and ASNS. Each is linked with PASK in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PASK-to-partner and partner-to-PASK results are reported.
