PASD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PASD1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 51 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PASD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, p70-S6K, and Annexin_VII. Each is linked with PASD1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PASD1-to-partner and partner-to-PASD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caspase-7-cleavedD198 grouped by PASD1-low versus PASD1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PASD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PASD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
