PASD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, PASD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 280 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PASD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR2T3, OR2L3, and C7. Each is linked with PASD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PASD1-to-partner and partner-to-PASD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR2T3 grouped by PASD1-low versus PASD1-high in BREAST.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PASD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→PASD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
