Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PARVG Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PARVG data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher PARVG Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PARVG expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD show a favorable association.
HNSC, SARC, and PRAD are the cancer types where PARVG Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
