Across TCGA cell cohorts, PARVG RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,897 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PARVG-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion, Vesicle-mediated transport to the plasma membrane, and Positive regulation of L-glutamate import across plasma membrane. Each is linked with PARVG in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PARVG-to-partner and partner-to-PARVG results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion grouped by PARVG-low versus PARVG-high in OESOPHAGUS.
