Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PARVA RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,644 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PARVA-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZYX, ILK, and KANK2. Each is linked with PARVA in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PARVA-to-partner and partner-to-PARVA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PARVA→partner) and Y-score (partner→PARVA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
