Across TCGA patient cohorts, PARVA protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,752 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PARVA-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYL9, SRPX, and SYDE1. Each is linked with PARVA in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PARVA-to-partner and partner-to-PARVA results are reported.
