Across TCGA patient cohorts, PARVA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,065 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PARVA-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS29P32, OR7E97P, and KRTAP19-1. Each is linked with PARVA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PARVA-to-partner and partner-to-PARVA results are reported.
