Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PARVA mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PARVA-associated genes across cancer lineages are GH2, KRTAP17-1, and OR6M1. Each is linked with PARVA in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PARVA-to-partner and partner-to-PARVA results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PARVA→partner) and Y-score (partner→PARVA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
