Across TCGA patient cohorts, PART1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PART1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-839P and USP9YP2. Each is linked with PART1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PART1-to-partner and partner-to-PART1 results are reported.
