Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PARS2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,031 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PARS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are HIF1A, LINC01135, and ITGB1. Each is linked with PARS2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PARS2-to-partner and partner-to-PARS2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PARS2 versus HIF1A in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PARS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PARS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
