Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PARS2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,499 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PARS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPS21P1, DBIP2, and CHCHD2P7. Each is linked with PARS2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PARS2-to-partner and partner-to-PARS2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MRPS21P1 grouped by PARS2-low versus PARS2-high in LUSC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PARS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PARS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
