Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, PARS2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 47 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PARS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RIMS4, EPPIN, and GLRA2. Each is linked with PARS2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PARS2-to-partner and partner-to-PARS2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RIMS4 grouped by PARS2-low versus PARS2-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PARS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PARS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
