Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PARPBP RNA is linked to patient survival in 30 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated PARPBP data layer compared with 6 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher PARPBP RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PARPBP expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCS and COAD show a favorable association.
ACC, KIRP, and MESO are the cancer types where PARPBP RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
