Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PARP4 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PARP4 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC), where higher PARP4 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PARP4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as COAD and UCEC show a favorable association.

LSCC, GBM, and PDAC are the cancer types where PARP4 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
