PARP4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PARP4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,408 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PARP4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PARP4_T101, RNF14, and COG2. Each is linked with PARP4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PARP4-to-partner and partner-to-PARP4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PARP4 versus PARP4_T101 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PARP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PARP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
