Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PARP4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21,309 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PARP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCNB1IP1, MVP, and FANCE. Each is linked with PARP4 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PARP4-to-partner and partner-to-PARP4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PARP4 versus CCNB1IP1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.47.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PARP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PARP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
