Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PARP4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,812 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PARP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are SMIM4, ZFP3, and BTBD6. Each is linked with PARP4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PARP4-to-partner and partner-to-PARP4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SMIM4 grouped by PARP4-low versus PARP4-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PARP4→partner) and Y-score (partner→PARP4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
