Across TCGA patient cohorts, PARP4 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 46 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PARP4-associated genes across cancer lineages are B-Raf, Chk2_pT68, and VEGFR2. Each is linked with PARP4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PARP4-to-partner and partner-to-PARP4 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, B-Raf grouped by PARP4-low versus PARP4-high in LUSC.
