PARP3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, PARP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,677 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PARP3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CASP8, PSMB8, and RUFY1. Each is linked with PARP3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PARP3-to-partner and partner-to-PARP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PARP3 versus CASP8 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PARP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PARP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
