Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PARP3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,830 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PARP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPAIN, ACMSD, and PLD6. Each is linked with PARP3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PARP3-to-partner and partner-to-PARP3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, PARP3 versus RPAIN in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.51.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PARP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→PARP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
