Across TCGA patient cohorts, PARP2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,444 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PARP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCNB1IP1, LRR1, and METTL3. Each is linked with PARP2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PARP2-to-partner and partner-to-PARP2 results are reported.
