Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, PARP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,842 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PARP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are AKR1B10P2, MIR4684, and TRAJ11. Each is linked with PARP2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PARP2-to-partner and partner-to-PARP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AKR1B10P2 grouped by PARP2-low versus PARP2-high in LIHC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (PARP2→partner) and Y-score (partner→PARP2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
