Across TCGA patient cohorts, PARP2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 40 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PARP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PKC-delta_pS664, ATM, and 14-3-3_beta. Each is linked with PARP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PARP2-to-partner and partner-to-PARP2 results are reported.
