Across TCGA cell cohorts, PARP2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,459 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible PARP2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Interstrand cross-link repair, DNA-templated DNA replication maintenance of fidelity, and DNA replication-dependent chromatin assembly. Each is linked with PARP2 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PARP2-to-partner and partner-to-PARP2 results are reported.
