Across TCGA cell cohorts, PARP2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible PARP2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MSGN1, KRTAP10-2, and RPL10L. Each is linked with PARP2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both PARP2-to-partner and partner-to-PARP2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MSGN1 grouped by PARP2-low versus PARP2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
