Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PARP16 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PARP16 data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher PARP16 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PARP16 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
COAD, SKCM, and STAD are the cancer types where PARP16 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
