Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, PARP14 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated PARP14 data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein and 10 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD), where higher PARP14 mass-spec protein is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated PARP14 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as LUAD and LSCC show a favorable association.

LUAD, COAD, and CCRCC are the cancer types where PARP14 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
